Q: I need to Add Information to an Appointment. Can You Help? |

With the current version of GroupWise, you can already use the "My Subject" feature to change the subject of existing items and thus add a personal note or reminder to your appointments. Many people found that a bit cumbersome, however GroupWise Bonsai will offer a lot more.
As you can see in the image above, you can now use to the "Personalize" tab to add "My Notes" to new or existing appointments or any other items.
Even more interesting
you can now add one or more contacts as well. This way even tough this
person might not be present at that meeting, he or she will still be
connected to that meeting. If you do a search or use the
history feature of each contact, these people will be connected to
these appointments as well.
This opens up very interesting ways to
create a full history of all items ever directly or indirectly
connected to that person, for example a sales visit at a customer site
combined with an internal meeting to discuss the new proposal for that
same customer. Very cool! |
