It can happen to anyone - you are working on this important e-mail for quite some time and you have forgotten to save the item using the "File" -> "Save Draft" or "Ctrl - S" option. And then disaster strikes, as your computer crashes, for example because of that new Windows update that was not working out as expected. So you need to start all over again?
