Well, currently you do indeed have accept group appointments, even if you have created them yourself. And that can be a nuisance, for example for people with mobile device. 

 

The good news is that with GroupWise Bonsai group appointments that you have created yourself will automatically be accepted.

 

And what if a co-worker sends an appointment? Well, that’s up to you – as mentioned in topic 130 of "The GroupWise Powerguide" even in the current versions it’s very easy to create an "auto-accept" rule, which will automatically accept appointments with or without calendar conflicts from yourself or one or more of your colleagues. There’s just one decision to make– do I trust my co-workers enough so I will automatically accept their appointments or do I want to keep on accepting them manually?

 

It’s all there in GroupWise already, we just need to use it even better!
