Chris is an American who has lived and worked in Germany since 1988, and runs a successful Novell Business Partner and Novell Training Partnership. He has been heavily involved as a BrainShare Speaker for the last 4 years, and has written and edited numerous books surrounding network technology. Chris is currently the Chairman of the Novell Worldwide Certification Advisory council, and as a MCNE (x4) and MCNI contributes to the Novell Vanguard.

Chris worked with Perfect Library and Perfect Office, and helped the US Forces in EMEA migrate from cc:Mail to GroupWise 4.x early on. He is the principal consultant for several of Novell's largest GroupWise and eDirectory installations in Europe, and is a well known ZEN for Servers expert. Novell uses him to teach ATT's and customized training in Europe on NetWare, GroupWise, Cluster and ZEN for Desktops and Servers. When Chris cuts himself he bleeds Novell Red.
